By entering the Covenant Co Projects 2027 Wedding Coordination Giveaway ("Giveaway"), participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.

Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Covenant Co Projects ("Sponsor").

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST ("Giveaway Period").

Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

To be eligible, participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Be engaged and planning a wedding taking place between January 1, 2027, and December 31, 2027.

  • Have a confirmed wedding venue and wedding date by the time of winner verification.

  • Be legally able to enter and accept the prize.

  • Reside in the United States.

Existing Covenant Co Projects clients are not eligible to enter.

Limit one (1) entry per couple.

Duplicate entries may be removed at the Sponsor's discretion.

How to Enter

Eligible participants must complete the official entry form available on the Covenant Co Projects website during the Giveaway Period.

Participants may receive additional entries through promotional activities outlined in giveaway announcements, including but not limited to:

  • Following Covenant Co Projects on social media

  • Sharing giveaway content

  • Referring engaged couples

  • Joining the Covenant Co Projects email list

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prize

One (1) winning couple will receive:

Essentials Day-Of Coordination Package

The prize includes:

  • Wedding Day Coordination

  • Timeline Creation & Management

  • Vendor Communication & Coordination

  • Ceremony Coordination

  • Reception Coordination

  • Final Planning Meeting

  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, substitutions, or alternative services.

Coverage Limitations

The giveaway package includes up to 10 (10) consecutive hours of wedding day coordination coverage.

Coverage is intended to begin approximately one hour prior to the ceremony and conclude approximately one hour after the reception ends.

Additional coverage hours requested by the winning couple may be purchased at Covenant Co Projects' standard rates.

Guest Count Limitation

The giveaway package is valid for weddings with up to 150 guests.

Weddings exceeding 150 guests may require additional staffing and/or an upgraded package at the winner's expense.

Travel Policy

Travel within 40 miles of Covenant Co Projects' primary service area is included.

Additional travel fees may apply for weddings outside the included service radius.

Any required hotel accommodations, parking fees, tolls, or travel-related expenses are not included in the prize and remain the responsibility of the winning couple.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The winner will be selected and announced on October 7, 2026.

Winner selection will be conducted using a random selection method determined by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor's decision is final.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone using the contact information provided on the entry form.

The selected winner must:

  • Respond within 72 hours of notification.

  • Confirm wedding date and venue.

  • Verify eligibility.

  • Sign Covenant Co Projects' service agreement.

  • Return the signed agreement within seven (7) calendar days.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Date Availability

Prize is subject to Covenant Co Projects' availability.

If the Sponsor is unavailable on the winner's wedding date, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

The winner acknowledges that securing the wedding date with Covenant Co Projects requires timely completion of all requested documentation.

Exclusions

The prize does not include:

  • Venue rental fees

  • Catering

  • Bar services

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Floral design

  • Entertainment services

  • Rentals

  • Transportation

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Setup or breakdown services beyond the scope of the Essentials Coordination Package

  • Additional planning services

  • Any services not expressly listed in the prize description

Marketing & Email Consent

By entering, participants consent to receive email communications from Covenant Co Projects, including:

  • Wedding planning tips

  • Educational content

  • Promotions

  • Exclusive offers

  • Event announcements

Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in email communications.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Covenant Co Projects the right to use the winner's names, wedding details, photographs, video footage, testimonials, and likeness for marketing, promotional, website, social media, and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected through this Giveaway will be used for Giveaway administration, communication, marketing, and business purposes by Covenant Co Projects.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Covenant Co Projects and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

Right to Modify

Covenant Co Projects reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, or any other social media platform.

By entering, participants release all social media platforms from any responsibility related to this Giveaway.

Agreement

By entering this Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Official Terms & Conditions.
